How we work: we control your label from design to delivery

The wrong version of a design, an unreadable code or curling paper can mean a costly reprint, a complaint or downtime on the production line. That is why we prepare and produce sheet-fed wet-glue (WGL) labels according to a proven, 23-step procedure.

We check files, verify codes, control paper moisture and compare the material prepared for printing with the approved design. This helps you reduce the risk of errors, keep subsequent runs consistent and prepare labels to work on your line.

Benefits

What does our way of working give your company?

Catching errors before the run starts

This reduces the risk of an error being repeated across the entire run, and the cost of reprinting.

How we do it

We verify the materials we receive and send you a report with our comments. Corrections can be made by your designer or by our team. The finished PDF goes to you for approval, and before release to print we carry out an additional comparative check of the design against the production sheet.

Proven barcode quality

You receive a documented inspection result that helps reduce the risk of scanning problems and complaints from your customers.

How we do it

We verify the code while preparing the design, on the proof and during printing. A report assessing its quality is attached to the order.

Agreed colors and a reference for print control

Your team approves the look of the label before production, and we have a reference point for checking its consistency.

How we do it

Before production we prepare a certified proof. It lets you assess the colors before the run starts. A twin proof serves the printer as a reference when setting up and controlling the print. When you change supplier, we match the colors to labels already on the market.

Paper matched to your labeling machine

This helps reduce label curling, machine jams and material losses during labeling.

How we do it

We select the stock and paper weight taking into account the requirements of your labeling machine. We check paper moisture before printing and on the finished labels. The run is protected with shrink film, limiting the effect of humidity during transport and storage.

Control of the correct version for repeat orders

When you reorder, we can refer to a specific version of the design and an earlier print. This makes it easier to order further batches and check their conformity.

How we do it

Every design receives a unique identifier in our file naming system. For five years we keep a digital archive and physical samples of labels and sheets.

Cooperation that takes your production plan into account

You can check the labels in real conditions and plan subsequent orders more efficiently.

How we do it

A dedicated account manager knows your order history and the arrangements for your labels. We coordinate deliveries with your production schedule. For the first order we can start with a smaller batch, which you test on your own line before ordering the full run.
